Support the Quarry Manager by planning and scheduling production, supervising staff and contractors, maintaining equipment, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, controlling costs and quality, keeping records, and deputising as Responsible Person when needed.

Operate mobile and fixed plant to extract, crush, and process aggregates; perform routine checks, basic maintenance, loading/unloading, and safety inspections; follow production instructions and health, safety, and environmental procedures; keep site clean and support audits and inspections.

Handle inbound sales enquiries, answer phones, record correspondence, prepare quotations, process order acknowledgements, manage cash sales administration, generate weekly sales reports, identify upsell opportunities and customer trends, and occasionally cover other departments.
