Support the Quarry Manager by planning and scheduling production, supervising staff and contractors, maintaining equipment, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, controlling costs and quality, keeping records, and deputising as Responsible Person when needed.

Operate mobile and fixed plant to assist extraction, crushing and processing of aggregates. Perform routine checks, basic maintenance, loading/unloading, follow production schedules and HSE procedures, report hazards, keep site organised, support inspections and audits, and work flexibly across tasks and shifts.
