Provide independent technical oversight and direction for the SQAS programme, review architecture and code, advise on AI use, chair design authority, assess vendor delivery quality and knowledge transfer, and support onboarding of technical programme staff.

Lead governance, planning and delivery oversight for the SQAS digital transformation. Own programme planning, vendor management, change control, risk/RAID logging, release gating, and delivery reporting across stabilisation, new OGPS module build, and vendor de-risking.
