Lead multiple fund/client accounting teams for private equity and alternative investment clients. Oversee NAV production, performance reporting, financial reporting, expense allocations, and complex accounting (capital calls, distributions, waterfalls). Build client relationships, manage audits, ensure controls and regulatory compliance, drive process improvements, support onboarding and growth, and recruit and develop high-performing teams.

Provide fund accounting and reporting for complex private equity structures: reconciliations, NAV preparation, GP/LP allocations, journals, expense accruals, client reporting, control governance, audit support, mentoring junior staff, and leveraging AI/digital tools to improve efficiency and controls.

Provide private equity fund accounting across a portfolio: prepare NAVs, capital accounts, allocations, journals, reconciliations, maintain GL integrity, manage cash reconciliations, waterfall and capital call/distribution calculations, handle audit queries, build client relationships, mentor junior staff, and support AI/digital efficiency and control improvements.
