Designs and delivers Blue Yonder Merchandise Operations solutions for clients. Leads requirements gathering, business process design, functional documentation, solution configuration, data and application integration, testing, troubleshooting, training, and quality reviews. Advises customers and internal teams on supply chain and merchandising processes, supports escalations and root-cause analysis, and provides enterprise-level guidance across planning, warehouse, transportation, and merchandising applications. Partners with technical architects and project teams to define requirements, estimate timelines, and resolve issues.

Leads enterprise architecture and solution design for large-scale supply chain implementations. Advises customers and executives, translates business requirements into scalable technical architectures, and oversees integrations across Blue Yonder and third-party systems. Drives AI/ML adoption, cloud-native and SaaS strategies, API and data architecture, technical risk mitigation, delivery excellence, and customer transformation outcomes. Mentors architects and consultants while developing reusable standards, methodologies, and integration patterns.

Leads technical solution implementation for defense supply chain applications. Responsibilities include customer discovery, requirements analysis, software and design documentation, project planning, limited coding, testing, deployment, developer mentoring, code reviews, performance testing, and project execution management. The role collaborates with customers and cross-functional product, program management, development, QA, and analyst teams while supporting Agile enterprise software delivery.
