Responsibilities include customer discovery, requirements analysis, software and design documentation, project planning, limited coding, testing, deployment, developer mentoring, code reviews, performance testing, and project execution management. The role collaborates with customers and cross-functional product, program management, development, QA, and analyst teams while supporting Agile enterprise software delivery.

Designs and architects complex, scalable supply chain software solutions across multiple scrum teams. Leads technical decisions, aligns architecture with business goals, applies cloud, AI/ML, IoT, microservices, and containerization technologies, manages application risks, advises leadership, collaborates with product and engineering teams, mentors developers, and contributes to technical roadmaps and customer workshops.
