Design and develop clean, maintainable software for automated document-processing products. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into product improvements, conduct code reviews, guide technical direction, mentor colleagues, and improve engineering practices. The role uses Golang, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and GitHub CI/CD while emphasizing product ownership, clean architecture, software craftsmanship, and technical communication.

Lead and scale the ERP integrations engineering organization from approximately 10 to 50 engineers. Own architecture and standards for on-premise, cloud, REST, and file-based connectors; drive canonical data mapping, reliability, governance, auditability, documentation, and repeatable processes. Engage CIOs, IT directors, and enterprise architects, scope customer solutions, and partner with US go-to-market and delivery teams. Bring deep ERP integration expertise, especially across fragmented US mid-market systems.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll create technical solutions for clients, working closely with end-users to translate real problems into efficient systems, utilizing full-stack technologies.
