As a Customer Success Advocate, you'll provide exceptional support to Square sellers, addressing inquiries, recommending solutions, and improving customer experience through analysis and feedback.

Lead the technical strategy for the Franchise Suite, mentoring other engineers while focusing on system reliability, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with product and engineering managers to define roadmaps and drive continuous improvement in the engineering culture.
