As a Business Development Representative Associate, you'll identify prospective sellers, promote Square's value, and manage outreach efforts to enhance sales cycles and generate qualified opportunities. You'll work closely with Account Executives and use data-driven strategies for outbound sales.

Manage seller onboarding and implementation to drive activation and accelerate go-live. Project-manage onboarding, deliver training, configure accounts and data migrations, advise on hardware/software, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
