Provide corporate governance and company secretarial support for BlackRock EMEA entities. Prepare agendas and Board packs, draft minutes, maintain records, advise on governance risks, update terms of reference, liaise with chairs, directors and stakeholders, support regulatory submissions, and assist with KYC/AML due diligence and process improvements.

Responsible for day-to-day fund accounting, ensuring timely reports, compliance, and managing relationships with internal and external partners. Oversee audits and optimize operations.
