Manages monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP. Responsibilities include account reconciliation, profitability analysis, statutory reporting, audits, tax support, SOX controls, accrual analysis, outsourced provider management, and process improvement. The role partners with FP&A, finance teams, auditors, tax professionals, and global stakeholders while supporting ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Leads GVP compliance within Global Quality, advising stakeholders on pharmacovigilance regulations, policies, audits, and inspection readiness. Identifies and mitigates compliance risks, executes GVP audits, supports the global audit program, contributes to PSMF and REMS compliance, monitors regulatory changes, and partners across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, PV Operations, and Commercial Operations. The role also mentors junior staff and supports quality and compliance initiatives in a pharmaceutical biotechnology environment.

Perform month- and quarter-end close activities, including gross-to-net accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, reporting, rebate processing, and commercial contract reviews under ASC 606. Support revenue analysis, audits, SOX compliance, SEC reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and Finance. The role requires strong accounting, analytical, communication, and deadline-management skills.
