Designs, operates, and improves highly available cloud infrastructure for blockchain services across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Responsibilities include managing Kubernetes clusters and autoscaling with Karpenter, building Terraform infrastructure, developing CI/CD pipelines, operating Kafka, Redis, and NGINX, automating with Golang and Python, and improving observability, reliability, security, and disaster recovery. The role also involves production troubleshooting, incident response, on-call participation, and collaboration with software engineering teams.

Design, build, and manage large-scale search and content recommendation systems using machine learning and personalization techniques. Collaborate with content, product, and business teams to define success metrics, drive AI product improvements, and maximize content value and user impact.

Conduct internal control reviews, identify risks, recommend improvements, support regulatory examinations and external audits, track remediation actions, maintain GRC systems, and improve control processes and documentation. The role partners cross-functionally to strengthen risk and control culture and requires expertise in SOX, ICFR, business controls, and IT controls.
