Provide hands-on IT operations and helpdesk support for a remote company: manage hardware lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, ticketing (Zoho Desk), tool access and subscriptions, basic security, documentation, and process improvements.

Lead outbound strategy and delivery across 4-5 projects, launch 12-20 campaigns monthly, craft high-converting copy, manage data/imports and mailboxes, mentor a researcher, run client calls, and optimize KPIs to consistently book high-quality appointments.

Manage email domain and mailbox health across multiple client projects: monitor reputation, run warmup and recovery, configure DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), set up sequences in outreach platforms, diagnose deliverability issues, verify templates for spam triggers, and resolve issues independently to ensure inbox placement.
