Own HR systems and data (HiBob), automate routine HR workflows (including AI), manage full employee lifecycle from pre-boarding to performance cycles, support managers on adaptation and performance, handle employee relations and documentation in Notion, and drive engagement and HR projects across remote and hybrid teams.

Lead outbound strategy and delivery across 4-5 projects, launch 12-20 campaigns monthly, craft high-converting copy, manage data/imports and mailboxes, mentor a researcher, run client calls, and optimize KPIs to consistently book high-quality appointments.

Manage email domain and mailbox health across multiple client projects: monitor reputation, run warmup and recovery, configure DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), set up sequences in outreach platforms, diagnose deliverability issues, verify templates for spam triggers, and resolve issues independently to ensure inbox placement.
