Lead all stages of insurance audit engagements including planning, execution and completion. Supervise junior staff, manage client relationships onsite, communicate audit status to management, and ensure budgets and deadlines are met.

Manage a diverse audit portfolio, lead audit planning and execution, act as client point-of-contact, coordinate international reporting, oversee resource allocation and team performance, provide technical accounting guidance, assist engagement financials and business development, and coach staff.

Manage all stages of external audits for international clients, supervising teams up to three, coordinating assignments, acting as primary client contact during onsite fieldwork, and communicating progress to management and partners while adhering to budgets and deadlines.

Lead and deliver audit engagements for financial services clients (funds, asset managers, lending and regulated entities). Plan and execute ISA (Ireland) audits, apply IFRS and Irish GAAP, test controls, audit valuations, investments, NAV processes and revenue recognition. Manage onsite teams, coach junior staff, maintain high-quality files, liaise with clients, manage budgets/WIP, and support efficiency through audit technology.
