Own end-to-end B2B software implementations from kickoff through go-live. Gather requirements, translate them into technical configurations, optimize AI prompts and workflows, coordinate testing, troubleshoot integrations, train clients, support launches, and transition customers to post-launch teams. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering while managing multiple implementations and occasional client-site travel.
