The Senior Platform Support Engineer provides technical support for developers using various platforms and CI/CD systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, improving documentation, mentoring junior engineers, and automating processes to enhance developer experience.

Manage and improve recruiting workflows, systems, and reporting to enable scalable hiring. Analyze data to identify trends and issues, design automations and workflow enhancements, lead projects, resolve operational challenges, maintain documentation and governance, and partner cross-functionally to deliver operational improvements.

The Senior DevSecOps Engineer will lead security initiatives across customer data, applications, and infrastructure, architecting security solutions and mentoring junior staff while implementing best practices for security in product development.
