Lead and grow a European engineering team, coaching engineers to own end-to-end product work, provide technical mentorship, influence product and technical specs, ship code when needed, and build automation and processes that increase team leverage and autonomy.

Hunt and close new enterprise (1,000+ employee) logos across DACH/EMEA. Manage full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closed-won, self-sourcing >50% of pipeline, deliver micro-demos, coordinate with SEs, build business cases, win competitive rip-and-replace deals, and travel ~25% for customer engagements and events.

Design and implement user-facing features end-to-end by combining visual design and frontend engineering. Improve and expand the design system, consult on bespoke product designs, ship quickly, iterate from user feedback, and collaborate closely with Product Engineers across a large-scale product.
