Senior full-stack product engineer owning features end-to-end: research customer problems, write product specs and wireframes, design and implement frontend and backend solutions, collaborate with product, design and infra, and ship high-quality, scalable features for tens of thousands of users.

Design and implement polished UI/UX features end-to-end: wireframe, design system work, and production code. Collaborate with Product Engineers, iterate quickly with user feedback, and improve the in-house design system to scale consistent, flexible components across the product.

Build and maintain Ashby’s platform and reliability systems: scale cloud infrastructure, implement IaC, observability, SLOs/SLIs, canary rollouts and feature flags, secure customer data, enable event-driven/data-warehouse work, optimize SQL/DSL performance, and own projects end-to-end while participating in on-call rotations.
