The role collaborates with internal IT teams and third-party providers to maintain secure, reliable, and scalable services.

Leads AI and legal technology projects from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, optimization, and retirement. Responsibilities include business analysis, requirements gathering, process redesign, change management, vendor engagement, business case development, risk and budget management, training, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring technology adoption. Serves as a subject matter expert for tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Legora while promoting responsible, compliant innovation across the firm.
