Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and legal technology products across their lifecycle. Drive AI enablement (Copilot, Legora, AI agents), process redesign, vendor selection, pilots, implementation, adoption, training and optimisation. Build business cases, manage projects, govern risk and compliance, line-manage an analyst, and support client pitches while fostering responsible innovation across the firm.

Support the Innovation & AI team to assess, pilot, implement and scale legal technology and AI solutions (Legora, Microsoft Copilot). Assist with vendor assessments, project coordination, training, configuration, user support, process documentation and adoption monitoring to drive responsible, practical technology-enabled improvements in legal service delivery.

Provide first- and second-line IT and AV support across AV/VC, service desk, infrastructure, cloud, and security. Assist with Microsoft 365 and Azure services, endpoint and server maintenance, security monitoring, automation with PowerShell, documentation, and participation in IT projects and rollouts under mentor guidance.
