Assist the EMEA Tax team with direct tax compliance, US GAAP reporting, M&A, transfer pricing, and provide tax advice while managing relationships with stakeholders.

Actuarial role focused on pricing, underwriting and monitoring European mortgage credit insurance (SRT) transactions. Responsibilities include estimating PD and LGD, modelling tranche structures, portfolio analysis, regulatory and capital framework input, producing underwriting memos, supporting business development and legal, and helping adopt AI tools to improve workflows and decision-making.

The AVP, International Tax will support the team on M&A, transfer pricing, international compliance, and risk management, while collaborating with other departments and improving governance processes.
