Provide independent cost management for lenders and investors across construction projects. Develop and manage cost plans, perform valuations, monitor expenditure, identify risks, support due diligence and feasibility, and report on costs for MEP, electrical, data centre, energy centre, biotech, and semiconductor projects.

Lead and implement a growth strategy for the Irish Rail account, manage client and contractor relationships, deliver financial and non-financial targets, develop pipeline and pursue strategic opportunities, provide strategic advice and assurance, and represent Arcadis at market events to grow the Ireland Mobility business.

Lead technical delivery and oversight for overhead line electrification (OHLE) projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure design quality and sustainable outcomes, support client engagement and mentor technical staff.
