The ServiceNow Platform Architect will define the platform architecture, design innovative solutions, and lead implementation across ServiceNow modules and integrations while ensuring compliance and governance.

Lead definition, governance, and evolution of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. Define architecture and roadmap, design and deliver solutions across modules, drive integrations and CMDB health, enforce governance and compliance, optimize licenses and platform lifecycle, mentor teams, and align ServiceNow capabilities with business objectives to drive transformation and operational excellence.

Lead EMEA tax strategy, identify planning opportunities, design cross-border structures, oversee transfer pricing and legal entity rationalisation, and manage tax controversy including audits, appeals, litigation and related documentation. Act as Tax-Treasury liaison and present strategy to senior leadership while managing internal and external advisors and mentoring tax professionals.
