Leads Aptiv’s EMEA trade compliance program, covering customs, export controls, sanctions, supply chain security, audits, risk assessments, regulatory reviews, policies, training, corrective actions, and technology initiatives. The role partners with global business functions to integrate trade compliance into strategic projects, manufacturing transfers, supply chain transformations, and operational decisions while managing regulatory risks and remediation activities.

Leads end-to-end infrastructure and application technology projects across planning, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support transition. Manages project teams, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, governance, change control, and stakeholder communications. Partners with business teams, vendors, architects, suppliers, operations, and technical groups to deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

Designs scalable enterprise AI agents and agentic workflows, develops reusable architecture standards and governance frameworks, and translates business requirements into secure AI solutions. The role evaluates emerging AI platforms, supports testing and quality assurance, integrates data and enterprise systems, and collaborates with architects, engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver maintainable, compliant solutions.

Lead strategic sourcing and category management for outsourced services. Responsibilities include developing category strategies, running RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, negotiating agreements, managing supplier relationships and performance, overseeing contracts and renewals, driving savings, and mitigating operational, financial, regulatory, cybersecurity, and continuity risks.

Serves as the primary IT business analyst for Aptiv’s Record to Report application portfolio. Partners with finance stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and developers to elicit requirements, model processes, define solutions, support testing and training, and improve application services. The role also contributes to technology roadmaps, application repository maintenance, solution evaluations, compliance, and continuous improvement across finance systems.
