Drive revenue and quota attainment through consultative, technical sales of Anthropic’s AI solutions. Develop market-expansion strategies, identify customer segments and use cases, negotiate complex agreements, gather feedback to inform product roadmaps, and help establish regional go-to-market processes, playbooks, and sales methodologies.

Leads and scales an EMEA BDR team across diverse European markets. Develops localized prospecting strategies, aligns pipeline generation with sales targets, establishes regional KPIs, creates training programs, partners with marketing and sales leadership, manages pipeline reviews, navigates employment regulations, and coaches BDRs. The role is based primarily in Dublin and supports startup, commercial, and enterprise sales segments.

Lead and scale Deal Desk for EMEA and APAC, managing a team of three. Partner with sales, legal, finance, revenue ops and accounting to structure complex international deals, own approvals and CPQ/Salesforce quality, and establish metrics and processes for fast, clean booking.
