Partners with EMEA go-to-market teams on financial strategy, resource allocation, revenue goals, sales capacity planning, deal desk, and marketing spend returns. Builds financial models, forecasts, and analyses; delivers insights and recommendations to executives; and collaborates with strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting teams. The role supports international, multi-entity, and multi-currency finance operations in a high-growth environment.

Lead and scale Deal Desk for EMEA and APAC, managing a team of three. Partner with sales, legal, finance, revenue ops and accounting to structure complex international deals, own approvals and CPQ/Salesforce quality, and establish metrics and processes for fast, clean booking.

Own a high-volume book of startup accounts across EMEA, driving full sales cycle from prospecting to expansion. Advise founders and technical teams on AI adoption with Claude, prioritize high-impact use cases, execute territory and account plans, collaborate with engineering and customer teams, source pipeline via VC/accelerator partnerships, capture product feedback, and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
