As a Staff Software Engineer on the Inference team, you will optimize infrastructure for AI systems, tackling distributed systems challenges and enhancing performance for large-scale services.

Own full-cycle recruiting for G&A or Go-To-Market roles across EMEA: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and closing. Partner with hiring managers, build diverse pipelines, run structured candidate-centric processes, track pipeline health with data, and collaborate with Talent, People Partners, and Compensation to hire top talent.
