Lead and scale Deal Desk for EMEA and APAC, managing a team of three. Partner with sales, legal, finance, revenue ops and accounting to structure complex international deals, own approvals and CPQ/Salesforce quality, and establish metrics and processes for fast, clean booking.

Own a high-volume book of startup accounts across EMEA, driving full sales cycle from prospecting to expansion. Advise founders and technical teams on AI adoption with Claude, prioritize high-impact use cases, execute territory and account plans, collaborate with engineering and customer teams, source pipeline via VC/accelerator partnerships, capture product feedback, and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Inference team, you will optimize infrastructure for AI systems, tackling distributed systems challenges and enhancing performance for large-scale services.

Provide hands-on IT support across macOS and other endpoints, troubleshoot hardware/software/networking/accounts, manage onboarding/offboarding and device enrollment, maintain device management and identity systems, join on-call rotation, write automation scripts (Bash/Python), document runbooks, and identify automation opportunities to improve scale.

Lead international VAT/GST strategy and compliance across Europe, UK, APAC and other markets. Provide advisory on product launches, pricing, contracts, restructurings and place-of-supply determinations. Support registrations, filings, audits, tax configuration in ERP/billing systems, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Product and external advisors to scale indirect tax processes across 30+ jurisdictions.

The Incident Response Manager will coordinate incident responses, establish processes, and ensure effective communication across teams during high-stakes situations while fostering a learning-oriented environment.

This role involves improving AI systems' reliability, designing monitoring systems, managing failover systems, and leading incident responses for critical AI services.
