Leads development of advanced mixed-signal SoC subsystems, including ADC, DAC, and SerDes PHY circuits, using FinFET technologies. Responsibilities include architecture selection, transistor-level circuit design, documentation, design reviews, subsystem leadership, mentoring engineers, and guiding layout, evaluation, and testing. The role requires deep expertise in mixed-signal IC development, data converters or SerDes architectures, product qualification, and technical leadership.

Leads development of major software features and complex solutions, provides technical guidance to junior engineers, drives architecture and system design decisions, collaborates across teams, improves engineering processes, and applies advanced debugging, optimization, CI/CD, licensing, and software lifecycle management practices.

Analyzes customer pricing, profitability, discounts, market dynamics, and sales data to support pricing strategy, negotiations, margin improvement, and customer growth. Builds pricing and profitability models, tracks price leakage, ensures compliance with pricing policies, and provides recommendations to Sales and Business Unit stakeholders. The role also monitors KPIs, supports value-based pricing initiatives, and serves as the central pricing partner for assigned accounts.
