The Systems Marketing Engineer will define and drive the Precision system strategy, translating customer needs into solutions, and enable sales through collateral and strategic partnerships.

Lead design and execution of global leadership and management development programs. Partner with senior leaders to assess needs, define competencies, manage program operations, budgets, metrics, and evaluation. Drive continuous improvement, stakeholder reporting, and an inclusive learning environment to develop high-potential leaders.

Lead development of high-fidelity robotics simulations and validation workflows: implement custom sensor models, run FEA-based mechanical simulations, generate synthetic datasets, close sim-to-real gaps, integrate simulation outputs into ML training (including PIML), and oversee on-site field validation while mentoring engineers.
