Lead product and solution strategy for ADI's grid energy business: define market sizing and segmentation, shape product requirements and roadmap, build business cases, engage customers and partners, drive go-to-market, sales enablement and launches, and align cross-functional teams to achieve revenue growth.

Perform compliance evaluations for safety, EMC, mechanical, and environmental standards. Execute and document lab test plans, develop fixtures and automation tools, support certification campaigns with external labs, debug and rework assemblies, and review schematics/PCB/layouts for compliance to safety and EMC requirements.

The Systems Marketing Engineer will define and drive the Precision system strategy, translating customer needs into solutions, and enable sales through collateral and strategic partnerships.
