Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals; collaborate with founders, engineers, sales, and support; conduct customer discovery; participate in critiques; and promote design excellence. The role focuses on simplifying complex UX challenges involving AI and human intent while delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own Amplemarket’s growth marketing strategy across paid acquisition, SEO, AEO, product marketing, content, and demand generation. The role sets priorities, manages budgets and performance targets, develops launch positioning, guides content, and coordinates cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing. This hands-on position requires strong analytical skills, B2B SaaS experience, and the ability to drive results through influence, with a potential path to Head of Marketing.

Lead engineering execution and technical direction while remaining approximately 75% hands-on. Responsibilities include developing LLM- and AI-powered products, coding, code review, debugging, platform performance, sprint planning, cross-functional coordination, technical mentorship, recruiting, and supporting engineers’ growth. The role partners closely with founders and product teams and offers a path toward Engineering Manager responsibilities.
