Lead engineering execution and technical direction while remaining approximately 75% hands-on. Responsibilities include developing LLM- and AI-powered products, coding, code review, debugging, platform performance, sprint planning, cross-functional coordination, technical mentorship, recruiting, and supporting engineers’ growth. The role partners closely with founders and product teams and offers a path toward Engineering Manager responsibilities.

Serve as trusted advisor for a portfolio of SaaS customers: onboard, train, monitor account health, report on metrics (NPS, retention, ARR), identify expansion/upsell opportunities, advocate customer needs internally, and improve customer success processes to reduce churn and drive growth.

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap; identify growth opportunities; run product and customer discovery; collaborate hands-on with engineering, design, and customer teams; evaluate usability and performance; conduct focus group testing and prioritize feature development to scale the AI-powered sales platform.
