Teams at Americold Logistics, LLC

Supervise daily production operations, coordinating workloads, staffing, performance, inventory, intake, stock movements, and dispatch. Lead teams on the production floor while ensuring productivity, quality, food safety, health and safety, and service targets. Investigate operational issues, implement corrective actions, support training, provide shift handovers, drive continuous improvement, and deputize for the Warehouse Production Manager when required.
