Design and build AWS serverless backend systems and REST APIs using Python. Implement event-driven data pipelines, asynchronous/concurrent processing, testing and monitoring, security best practices, and mentor engineers while collaborating with DevOps on CI/CD.

Develop and prototype UAV/USV hardware and software for reconnaissance and demining at sea. Assemble and test drones, perform field trials, troubleshoot electronics, integrate sensors and autopilots (MAVLink/ArduPilot), implement perception and decision-making using AI/ML, and collaborate with research partners and stakeholders.

Design, implement, and productionize Databricks and ADF data pipelines; develop and version data models; manage Azure cloud data infrastructure; execute schema and data migrations; optimize ETL performance and complex data flows; support DevOps practices and collaborate on testing and deployment. Power BI experience is a plus.
