Manage B2B customer relationships from onboarding through renewal, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, retention and growth. Serve as primary contact, run QBRs, forecast expansion, manage escalations, advocate partner needs internally, and influence product and operations to achieve customer outcomes.

Manage end-to-end custody operations for Saudi-market assets, ensuring safekeeping, T+2 settlement, reconciliations, corporate actions, regulatory compliance with CMA, and team leadership while collaborating with Edaa, Tadawul, custodians, engineering, and product to automate workflows and reduce risk.
