Build and architect Alpaca's advisory services (block trading, portfolio management, IRA). Design scalable, low-latency distributed systems, write full-stack code, optimize throughput, work with messaging systems and OMS, and implement high-availability, concurrency-safe solutions for financial trading/exchange workloads.

As a Senior SDET, you will enhance testing practices, improve CI pipelines, mentor engineers, and ensure platform reliability through comprehensive testing strategies.

Operate and improve Alpaca's production infrastructure: on-call incident response, define SLIs/SLOs, enhance observability, ship infrastructure as code via GitOps, and strengthen PostgreSQL reliability (performance, migrations, HA/DR). Mentor teams on reliability and database fundamentals.

Design, implement, and maintain frontend and mobile applications for Trading API customers. Own high-visibility features end-to-end, ensure performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and mentor peers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead and own brokerage product strategy and execution for Saudi and GCC markets. Define CMA-compliant features, write product requirements, engage regulators and clients, improve settlement/custody workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale Alpaca's brokerage infrastructure regionally.

Design, implement, and maintain frontend applications and internal tools. Own delivery of high-visibility features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and ensure performant, accessible, polished user interfaces integrated with backend systems.

Manage B2B customer relationships from onboarding through renewal, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, retention and growth. Serve as primary contact, run QBRs, forecast expansion, manage escalations, advocate partner needs internally, and influence product and operations to achieve customer outcomes.

Build and maintain core post-trade clearing systems and securities-finance infrastructure. Own projects end-to-end, design reliable distributed services and RESTful APIs, integrate new clearing partners, participate in on-call rotation, and improve systems to enable new product offerings.

Provide day-to-day legal and regulatory advice across Alpaca Europe; support product rollouts and cross-border activities; draft, review, and negotiate customer and commercial contracts; respond to regulatory inquiries; and coordinate with external counsel and global legal and compliance teams.

Manage end-to-end custody operations for Saudi-market assets, ensuring safekeeping, T+2 settlement, reconciliations, corporate actions, regulatory compliance with CMA, and team leadership while collaborating with Edaa, Tadawul, custodians, engineering, and product to automate workflows and reduce risk.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain Alpaca's platform services, including event streaming infrastructure and authentication systems, while ensuring software quality and reliability.

The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will design, implement, and maintain systems for Trading API customers, focusing on both frontend and backend development, while leading projects and mentoring peers.
