Lead and develop a team of Luxe Market Managers across EMEA and APAC, focusing on supply strategy, host relations, and regional business performance.

Lead and manage a 10–15 person premium customer support team (English/Italian). Oversee operations, staffing, coaching, performance management, escalation handling of sensitive/high-severity cases, reporting and process improvements, and drive people strategy, onboarding, and team engagement while supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Provide end-to-end, high-touch customer support in English and Italian for premium Airbnb users. Manage complex, high-value reservation cases, negotiate resolutions between hosts and guests, personalize communications, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute process improvements while working autonomously and handling evolving responsibilities and on-call emergencies.
