Leads AI transformation across global programs and operations by identifying use cases, running pilots, designing AI-enabled workflows and dashboards, and establishing governance and adoption standards. Translates stakeholder needs into precise system specifications, process models, user stories, and executable rules. Partners with IT, vendors, and business leaders to implement AI solutions, improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and deliver measurable business value. Mentors teams and drives initiatives from discovery through execution and behavioral sign-off.

Supports governance and commercial management of strategic supplier contracts, including contract administration, milestone tracking, invoice and pricing validation, change orders, compliance monitoring, supplier performance analysis, reporting, and risk identification. Partners with Finance, Legal, business stakeholders, and suppliers while improving governance processes, documentation, and reporting practices.

Leads a global team delivering technology, data analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions for legal, compliance, and regulatory functions. Owns the global technology roadmap, drives process innovation and operational excellence, and translates business needs into system specifications, user stories, and process flows. Requires leadership of international teams, global project delivery, automation strategy, stakeholder management, and experience with reporting, database, and analytics applications.
