Participates in on-call support and infrastructure operations 24/7.

Responsibilities include BGP and CDN operations, hardware upgrades and rebuilds, traffic analysis, vendor coordination, scripting and automation, documentation, issue trend analysis, and cross-data-center support. The consultant participates in deployments, repairs, on-call escalation, and 24/7 infrastructure support while collaborating with global teams, service providers, and colocation facilities.
