Teams at ACS Motion Control

Drive technical sales and business development across the DACH region in laser and semiconductor markets. Identify and qualify opportunities, manage customer relationships, lead customer projects, collaborate with product and engineering teams, maintain CRM pipeline, attend trade shows, and travel across Europe (~30–50%).

Drive and close technical sales across Europe (DACH focus). Manage key accounts, lead multi-country sales processes and customer projects, prepare technical/commercial quotations, collaborate with internal teams, represent the company internationally, and analyze market trends to support growth.

Develop and support real-time multi-axis motion control applications, commission and troubleshoot systems, optimize electromechanical performance, deliver demos and technical training, collaborate with R&D, write application notes and build customer/partner relationships. Frequent customer travel within the DACH region required.
