Manages IT internal audit projects covering cybersecurity, data security, IT operations, service delivery, compliance, cloud, AI, and emerging technologies. Develops audit plans, work programs, findings, reports, and recommendations; assesses technology risks and controls; presents results to leadership and the Audit Committee; manages auditee relationships; and mentors audit team members. Requires extensive IT audit or information security experience, relevant certifications, and regular travel across Ireland and the EU.

Conduct risk-based IT audits and assessments, evaluate controls and emerging technology risks, report findings to leadership and the Audit Committee, and provide advisory support on risk management and governance. The role covers cybersecurity, cloud, AI, automation, IoT, ERP, infrastructure, applications, and vendor management. It also contributes to audit department initiatives, maintains technical expertise through training, collaborates with global teams, and may require up to 20% travel.

Leads AI-enabled process transformation for clients, including future-state process design, operating model changes, adoption planning, benchmarking, change-impact assessments, and AI agent experience design. Facilitates discovery and co-creation workshops, presents recommendations to senior leaders, manages client relationships, contributes to proposals, develops transformation playbooks, and coaches junior practitioners.
