The role assesses AI integration points, human-machine interactions, workforce adoption, change impacts, and agent behaviors. It supports digital and platform solutions, improves reinvention designs and playbooks, and uses AI-assisted analytics, visualization, benchmarking, and agent-building tools. Candidates need process excellence or consulting experience, analytical skills, AI-assisted tool experience, and the ability to translate findings into structured recommendations.

Lead client engineering engagements, define RAG and multi-LLM standards, own LLMOps (eval, prompt governance, observability), implement cloud-native architectures, and publish reusable patterns.
