Perform outbound prospecting via calls and email, qualify leads, identify customer needs, recommend solutions, collaborate with sales teams, meet quota targets, and act as a subject-matter expert on Abnormal Security products.

Own customer success for enterprise SaaS accounts: build executive relationships, define success plans, drive product adoption and ROI, conduct business reviews, mitigate risks, coordinate cross-functional responses, and surface product feedback for improvement.

Support international sales operations by onboarding new hires, assigning territories/accounts, owning reporting (ramp, SPIFFs, hygiene), leading Salesforce data hygiene and automation, managing EMEA POV board logistics, triaging SOPS help requests, and supporting territory planning and ad-hoc international operational requests.
