Leads demand planning and forecasting for an assigned therapeutic area, analyzing demand patterns, forecast error, bias, and statistical model performance. Supports S&OP, aligns forecasts with finance, commercial, marketing, and operations teams, drives process improvements, and manages demand planning staff. The role also represents demand topics in review forums, supports product lifecycle forecasting, documents forecast changes, and coaches stakeholders on best practices.

Leads the CDQ PMO by establishing project governance, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and budgets, and communicating status to stakeholders and senior leadership. Develops standardized project management tools, dashboards, processes, training, and operating rhythms while overseeing team workloads and supporting continuous improvement in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Supports global program management by administering project portfolio software, coordinating PMO processes and meetings, tracking program status, and developing metrics, dashboards, reports, and updates. The role also supports long-range and capital planning, project gating, capital expenditure justifications, and continuous improvement initiatives. It requires engineering or scientific knowledge, strong project management and communication skills, and experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or engineering operations.
