Leads technical standards, templates, best practices, governance, documentation, training, and communities of practice. Analyzes manufacturing processes and data to identify automation and process improvement opportunities while ensuring cGMP and regulatory compliance. Provides technical leadership and mentorship, supports digital transformation and new MES instance delivery, and collaborates with technology, automation, operations, and IT partners.

Ensures MES engineering activities comply with cGMP and regulatory requirements while supporting global recipe templates and new instance delivery. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration with automation, operations, IT, and external technology partners.

Lead and develop a global labeling operations team responsible for labeling strategy, packaging artwork, launch project coordination, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive continuous improvement, manage resources and day-to-day labeling activities, report metrics, and ensure artwork availability for regulatory submissions and production while influencing senior stakeholders and implementing change management.
