Designs, implements, integrates, tests, and optimizes MES solutions across AbbVie’s global pharmaceutical manufacturing network. Leads technical standards, templates, best practices, governance, documentation, training, and communities of practice. Lead and develop a global labeling operations team responsible for labeling strategy, packaging artwork, launch project coordination, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive continuous improvement, manage resources and day-to-day labeling activities, report metrics, and ensure artwork availability for regulatory submissions and production while influencing senior stakeholders and implementing change management.

Lead the site PMO to establish governance, manage the project portfolio (NPI, CAPEX, strategic initiatives), allocate resources, mitigate risks, and report to senior plant leadership. Standardize methodologies for compliance, drive cross-functional collaboration, and support continuous improvement and business excellence.

Lead the site PMO to govern and deliver cross-functional manufacturing projects (NPI, CAPEX). Establish PMO standards, oversee portfolio intake/prioritization, manage resources, risks, change control and compliance, and report progress to senior site leadership. Drive continuous improvement and align PMO with operational excellence initiatives.

Lead and supervise production operators to meet daily and weekly production and quality targets in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Ensure adherence to SOPs and BMRs, coach and develop staff, run Tier meetings, manage deviations with QA, maintain documentation, drive continuous improvement and enforce safety and housekeeping standards.

Lead and supervise production operators to meet daily and weekly manufacturing and quality goals in a cGMP pharmaceutical OSD site. Ensure training, adherence to SOPs and batch records, manage deviations with QA, drive continuous improvement, enforce safety/housekeeping, coordinate cross-functional Tier meetings, and maintain performance metrics and documentation.

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, storage, sampling, dispensing, inventory control, cycle counting, SAP transactions, shipping, and GMP compliance. Manage and train staff, enforce safety and quality standards, liaise with Quality and Production, drive continuous improvement, and maintain accurate regulatory documentation.

Lead design, assessment, and implementation of OT/ICS security solutions for manufacturing and research environments. Perform secure-by-design reviews, risk and vulnerability assessments, incident response support, and recommend mitigations. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and vendors to harden OT networks, map data flows, and deploy controls using industry standards to improve resilience and compliance.

Lead aseptic quality for external manufacturing in eye care, perform due diligence and hands-on aseptic assessments, drive investigations and CAPAs, monitor industry/regulatory trends, mitigate aseptic risks, and align cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance and product quality.

Provide functional and technical SAP support for global supply chain, designing and configuring SAP MM/WM/EWM solutions, leading blueprint workshops, supporting integrations and CSV activities, managing stakeholders, mitigating implementation risks, and enabling continuous process improvements.

Lead and execute source-to-contract procurement processes, drive process improvement projects, manage supplier relationships, ensure compliance with procurement policies, resolve invoicing and vendor record issues, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with legal and site stakeholders to optimize procurement operations.

Provide on-site executive support to two security directors: manage calendars, schedule meetings and travel, coordinate LT agendas, metrics, action items, events and VIP visits, support communications and site displays, process expenses and procurement requests, and assist cross-functional security projects to enable leadership focus.

Lead operations brand/program activities to align product strategy with business goals. Manage supply chain interfaces, forecasts, lifecycle transitions, contract negotiations with TPMs, risk mitigation, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to ensure assurance of supply and cost savings.

Supervise QC laboratory operations, lead and develop QC chemists, ensure cGMP and regulatory compliance, support production schedules, manage samples and equipment, maintain data integrity and documentation, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement and method support.

Support global packaging PMO by coordinating project execution, running PMO processes and meetings, administering the Cora capital project system, preparing capital expenditure justifications and savings analyses, tracking project status, and planning/executing process improvements and smaller capital projects.
