The role requires technical understanding of MV/LV switchgear and power distribution systems, stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and delivery within agreed project targets from a hybrid Dublin office.

Lead OEM sales and go-to-market strategy for Drive Products and IEC LV motors in Ireland/Northern Ireland. Develop customer relationships, drive volume and profitability, create sales plans, prepare competitive offers, validate pricing and margins, coordinate bids, and support project delivery while leveraging cross-division capabilities.
