Design and deploy machine learning models (matchmaking, skill rating, recommender systems). Develop representation learning for player behavior, evaluate state-of-the-art methods, translate product problems into ML tasks, lead technical discussions, and collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production.

Design, deploy, and operate production ML models and MLOps workflows (real-time and batch). Partner with ML scientists and studios to integrate ML services into games, build CI/CD, model registry/feature store practices, monitor drift, prototype ML/GenAI solutions, and mentor engineering teams.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Game Science & Insights team to drive experimentation, causal inference, predictive modelling and AI/ML systems across AAA and live-service titles. Own analytics operations, oversee AI/ML lifecycle from research to production on Snowflake/Databricks, partner cross-functionally to influence product and commercial outcomes, and recruit and mentor technical staff while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery and risk mitigation.
