As a Mid-Market Account Executive Nordics, you will engage with businesses to drive sales and growth using proactive strategies, managing the sales process from start to finish while advising on digital transformation.

Perform high-volume outbound prospecting across the Nordics to qualify leads using sales methodologies (e.g., BANT), engage prospects via calls, email and social, schedule demos for Account Executives, and collaborate with AEs and BDR peers to grow HubSpot’s customer base while meeting monthly targets.

Drive outbound prospecting, run online demos, and close new small and mid-sized business customers using HubSpot. Manage pipeline and forecasting, nurture qualified opportunities, build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders, and meet or exceed quota.

Advise prospects and customers on implementation and service strategies for complex HubSpot deployments. Diagnose business and technical needs, create customized implementation plans, define resources and timelines, present to executives, influence purchase decisions, coordinate with Solutions Partners, and provide guidance on best practices, deployment planning, and change management to ensure long-term customer success.

Leads global statutory pay reporting and advises on EU and international pay transparency requirements. Manages compensation survey submissions, maintains compensation systems, analyzes pay equity and compensation trends, develops dashboards, and partners with Legal, HR, Finance, HRIS, and Total Rewards teams. Documents policies and procedures, monitors regulatory changes, and provides guidance to stakeholders on compliance and compensation processes.
