Serve as the technical bridge between Customer Success and Engineering: triage and resolve customer issues, perform root cause analysis, produce implementation-ready solutions, manage change control and feature flagging, support ITIL incident/problem/change processes, monitor SLOs, and drive continuous improvement through documentation and trend analysis.

Manage and grow Absorb's largest accounts by building strategic account plans, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinating internal resources from discovery to closed-won, demonstrating product value, mitigating churn with Customer Success, and monitoring market and competitor activity.

Lead and scale a quota-bearing EMEA small & mid-market SaaS sales team. Hire, coach, and develop AEs; manage full sales cycles, pipeline, forecasting, escalations, and complex deal negotiations. Collaborate cross-functionally, drive regional brand growth, meet revenue targets, analyze performance, and foster a high-performance culture.
