Manage and grow high-value mid-market accounts across Ireland. Build executive relationships, retain customers, drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, structure contracts, support legal and technology strategy, and represent customer feedback internally. Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, finance, marketing, legal, and implementation teams while managing complex partnerships, revenue goals, churn prevention, QBRs, and go-to-market initiatives for new products. Regular customer site travel is required.
