Provide quoting and deal-structuring support for global sales, negotiate with customers, resolve post-deal issues, enforce pricing policies and internal controls, and collaborate cross-functionally with legal, contracts, finance, revenue, and product teams.

Investigate and resolve complex Agent-related escalations, lead high-stakes technical calls, mentor global support teams, and partner with Engineering and Product to improve Datadogs platform. Triage issues across deployment, configuration, performance, integrations, telemetry, and logs while developing deep product expertise and delivering technical training.
