Lead end-to-end negotiation and management of commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, vendor and customer contracts). Provide commercial legal advice to Sales and Finance, negotiate directly with external counsel, ensure GDPR compliance, support RFP/RFI responses, and drive contracts workflow and process improvements within a contracts technology environment.
