Provide strategic commercial and privacy legal counsel to go-to-market teams. Lead complex negotiations for MSAs, SaaS/PaaS, SOWs, reseller and public sector contracts; build scalable contracting frameworks and playbooks; embed privacy into deals (GDPR/UK GDPR/CPPA); mentor junior lawyers; advise on AI governance and cross-border regulatory issues; partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Security, and external stakeholders.
