Provides strategic employee relations support to HR business partners and managers. Advises on performance management, conflict resolution, policies, investigations, disciplinary actions, workforce reductions, and employment law matters. Oversees ER case management, drives globally consistent HR processes, supports training and employee experience initiatives, analyzes ER trends, and leads cross-functional HR projects across the EMEA region.
