Leads G&A FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, workforce planning, month-end close, financial modeling, and planning-system automation. Partners with senior Finance, Legal, HR, and IT leaders, manages and develops analysts, consolidates forecasts, analyzes budget performance, and promotes AI-enabled automation and process improvements.

Own GTM FP&A activities including financial planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, headcount planning, and resource optimization. Partner with sales and operations leaders to analyze business performance, guide strategic decisions, and evaluate investments. Support month-end close through reconciliations, accrual reviews, and budget-to-actual analysis. Improve financial and operational processes by standardizing and automating reporting and enhancing internal systems.

Lead global Corporate FP&A: modernize and automate planning systems, apply AI to FP&A, manage forecast consolidation and reconciliations, produce executive management reporting, lead and develop a small FP&A team, partner cross-functionally, and forecast global budget items like payroll taxes and benefits.
