Lead global Corporate FP&A: modernize and automate planning systems, apply AI to FP&A, manage forecast consolidation and reconciliations, produce executive management reporting, lead and develop a small FP&A team, partner cross-functionally, and forecast global budget items like payroll taxes and benefits.

Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries, manage a regional payroll team and external vendors, ensure compliance with local payroll/tax regulations and SOX controls, partner with HR, Finance and HRIS, drive process standardization, KPI reporting, vendor transitions, and continuous improvement to support scalable, accurate payroll delivery.
