As a Principal Software Engineer, you will architect and lead AI Foundations projects, mentor engineers, and ensure quality standards across the AI platform.

Design, build, and operate large-scale backend systems for timekeeping and labor cost platforms. Participate across full development lifecycle, ship production code, monitor and improve performance, collaborate with product and design, and perform code reviews.

Develop and maintain scalable, resilient identity and user-management microservices. Collaborate with UX, PM, QA, and engineers to design, test, deploy, and monitor services. Champion testing and best practices, diagnose performance bottlenecks, and ensure production reliability and secure authentication/permission flows.

Lead a small engineering team to define and execute internationalization and translation platform strategy. Build tooling, standards, metrics, and operational processes to drive i18n adoption across many repos. Partner with product, apply AI to streamline translation workflows, and mentor engineers while balancing experimentation and platform stability.
