The Engineering Manager will lead the PASS team, overseeing the development of the purchase and subscription experience, managing a full-stack team, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive revenue through innovative solutions and continuous improvement.

Manage and grow a Database Engineering team responsible for backend infrastructure (databases and streaming). Hire, mentor, and evaluate engineers; drive architectural decisions and cross-functional roadmaps with Product, Design, and other teams. Promote an inclusive, high-performing culture and ensure scalability, reliability, and strong developer experience.

Lead a team of software engineers in developing financial solutions, focusing on product engineering and team management to ensure business growth and operational efficiency.
