Lead security compliance for Circle France, ensuring adherence to MiCA, DORA, and EU/international regulations. Oversee governance, risk assessments, audits, regulatory engagements, and security roadmaps while partnering with senior leadership and mentoring regional security teams.

Lead detection and response across Circle's environment: proactively identify/respond to threats, develop SIEM/SOAR and detection-as-code, deploy AI in the SOC, investigate incidents, improve logging/visibility, provide security guidance, and take on-call shifts.
